What information do we collect?

To whom do we disclose your personal information?
ELS will not disclose your user information to any outside organization without your consent. By providing your email, cell phone number, telephone number and/or mailing address during registration or personalization, you agree to receive marketing (including email, cell phone text messaging, voice messaging and/or direct mail) information from ELS. that informs you of new products, sales, promotions, contests, and features.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. Your personal information(such as name, address etc.) is stored in secured locations and on servers controlled by ELS, located either at our offices or at the offices of our service providers. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
How can you access and correct your personal information?
Upon written request, subject to certain exceptions, ELS will inform you of the existence, use, and disclosure of your personal information and will give you access to that information. If ELS determines not to provide you access to your personal information, we will provide an explanation. Individuals may request the correction of their personal information, and ELS will make the necessary correction(s).
