Within 30 days of your initial purchase, you may return any unopened (still in its plastic wrap or sealed packaging) and still in its original condition product, all products packaging materials included to EyeLashSupply.com, for any reason, for a full refund (we’ll also refund the return shipping cost, if the return is a result of our error):
Please note that we cannot accept the return of opened items or items returned more than 30 days past delivery. We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased at EyeLashSupply.com. We cannot exchange items.
Please note that eyelash extension course registration fees are not refundable.
Replacement of Damaged or Defective Items
EyeLashSupply.com can replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Please visit our ReturnBy Mail to request a replacement.
Return By Mail
To return or replace an item purchased through EyeLAshSupply.com, simply follow the steps below to make a return:
1. Please contact our customer support team at 514 886-7644, Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. (PT) or by using our web contact form – LINK TO CONTACT US, indicating your EyeLashSupply.com order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for return.
2. Based on the items being returned, we will communicate to you the exact value of your credit for the item(s) being returned. You will be credited for the product value and any related duties and taxes, less return handling fees for customs and brokerage, if applicable.
3. EyeLashSupply.com will communicate to you the mailing address for our returns facility.
4. Clearly identify our returns facility address as the destination on the package labelling. When returning merchandise to EyeLashSupply.com, carefully wrap the items and return them to the address provided with shipping charges prepaid. C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted and will be refused.
5. Put the returning item(s) and a copy of the original receipt in the shipment packaging. Please include all product-packing materials.
6. Present the package to any carrier, take the package to any post office counter or drop the package at any authorized carrier outlet to have your return shipped to the address provided. You may wish to insure your package for the full replacement value with your chosen carrier.
7. We will credit your return once the package has been received and processed, typically within 14 to 30 business days after the package is sent.
8. Credit card companies vary in the time it takes for a “credit” to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Refunds are processed when item(s) are received. Refunds are given for the price indicated on the original receipt and any applicable duties and taxes. Shipping charges are not refunded. Credits for returned merchandise will be issued to the original credit card only. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Returns Without Receipt or a Proof Of Payment
Unfortunately, we are unable to honour returns without a receipt or a proof of payment from our customers.
Should you need to cancel your eyelash extension appointment, we request a 48-hour notice to allow us to reschedule or cancel it. A cost equal to the full price of the service will be incurred by those who miss appointments and fail to cancel or reschedule within the timeframe specified within this policy. Please note that a credit card number or a pre-payment will be required to secure a booking.
